The 2008 LED Light Purchase
More Will Be Added in 2009
In 2008, we made a large purchase of high-quality LED lights in an effort to use less energy in the display
and also to prevent the fading that colored incandescent mini-lights show after a season or two. A few of these lights were used in 2008, but
we had some quality problems with others. After returning them to the vendor in early 2009, replacements were received in June 2009.
These lights are especially bright and colorful, and should last many seasons in the display! They use much less electricity, so that's a plus
as well!!!
It's time to start building new decorations with all these lights!!! Arches, J-Trees, you name it. We're
going to light it up in a big way with these LED lights!
